This is the first training level for members of Team Dark. It is located on the second floor, and is full of water, grass, and fire type Pokemon. It's a bit of a rainforest-type terrain, inside of the underground HQ.

Located on the third floor, directly below Training Level 1, is a cavern with an underground lake in it. Rock, ground, and steel-type Pokemon are located here. Members of Team Dark may only come here after at least one training session in the first level.
